This family home needed all the technology solutions for a busy family and to keep things simple. We combined the lighting, heating and cooling, audio visual, security and intercom into one simple to use smart home system.
SMART HOME.
This ultra modern family home combines the latest and greatest smart home technology. The simple, east to use system combines automated lighting, multi-room audio throughout the home, a dedicated 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos media room, distributed TV, CCTV, security system, intercom and cooling controls.
LIGHTING.
The simple to use and convenient lighting control system enables app control of lighting whilst setting various moods throughout the home. Additional features such as holiday mode and integration into the smoke and security alarm systems provides additional safety for this Smart Home.
LIVING ROOM.
In addition to the dedicated Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 media room in the home, we integrated the Living Room TV audio into the multi-room audio system utilising the ceiling speakers for both Spotify audio and TV audio.
SIMPLE CONTROL.
Like most clients, the brief was to keep things simple so we opted for the Savant Smart Home system that enables simple control of services like TV, audio, intercom and security and so on.
WIFI AND NETWORK.
With a busy family comes a busy network. We strategically placed wireless access points throughout the home to provide flawless WIFI distribution and a robust wired network for quality of service. All cables labeled to provide low maintenance in the future.
